4. No Warranty on Accuracy of Content
While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in the Site, the Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

5 Medical Disclaimer
Thermography (thermal imaging) offered through the Site and/or the Company is a screening tool intended to monitor physiological changes and is not a diagnostic device. Thermography is not a substitute for mammography, physician examination, or any other medical diagnostic test, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information, images, or reports provided as a result of a thermography scan are for informational and screening purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Specifically, thermography does not detect, diagnose, or rule out any specific disease or medical condition, including but not limited to cancer, heart disease, autoimmune conditions, or any other pathology. Thermal imaging captures surface temperature variations on the skin and does not image internal organs, tissues, or structures. Thermography cannot replace mammography, ultrasound, MRI, CT, biopsy, or any other diagnostic imaging modality. A thermal pattern appearing within normal ranges does not guarantee the absence of any medical condition, and a thermal pattern appearing outside normal ranges does not confirm the presence of any medical condition. Both findings may warrant further conventional testing and consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.

All thermal imaging reports are reviewed by trained experts, which may include MDs, DOs, or Licensed Naturopathic Physicians contracted by Health Scan Thermography. The interpretation provided reflects the reviewer's professional opinion based on the images submitted. It does not constitute a medical diagnosis. The reviewer does not have access to the client's full medical history, has not performed a physical examination, and has not met the client in person unless explicitly arranged. Undergoing a thermal imaging session does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the client and Health Scan Thermography, its technicians, or any contracted third-party report reviewer.

The Company's services are not intended for, and should not be used in, medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, sudden or severe symptoms, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or any other potentially life-threatening condition, call 911 immediately or proceed to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on thermal imaging for emergency medical assessment.

You should always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, and you should never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you received or reviewed as a result of the Company's services. The Company is not a medical provider, and no practitioner-patient relationship is created through your use of the Site or the Company's services. Individual responses to wellness products, lifestyle interventions, and treatment protocols vary. Thermography can be used to monitor changes in surface temperature patterns over time, but the absence of a measurable thermal change does not mean an intervention is ineffective for a given individual, nor does a measurable thermal change guarantee a specific clinical outcome. The Company makes no guarantees about specific results from any thermal imaging session or monitoring series.

6. Thermal Case Study Liability

For clients engaging Health Scan Thermography for brand-partner thermal case studies, the resulting images and reports are licensed to the partner for commercial use in connection with the marketing of the specific product(s) tested. Health Scan Thermography makes no representations or warranties regarding the fitness of these images for any specific marketing claim. Brand partners are solely responsible for ensuring that all marketing copy, advertising claims, packaging language, and consumer-facing communications referencing these images comply with applicable FTC, FDA, and platform advertising guidelines. Health Scan Thermography is not liable for misuse of licensed images by a brand partner or its downstream agents, including but not limited to media outlets, affiliate partners, and resellers. Redistribution of licensed images to third parties requires written permission from Health Scan Thermography.

When you register with the Company and/or this Site, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services, or other records or correspondence from the Company. The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Company.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Williamson County, Tennessee. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
